As an international student, finding accommodation and signing a lease can be more complicated if you don’t have a co-signer for your housing in France. For this reason, an accommodation service is available to all registered international students (exchange and free movers).
Crous student residences in Lyon
ITECH Lyon, via the Lyon Polytechnic Institute, has an agreement with several Crous student residences. This agreement allows ITECH Lyon to offer low-rent student accommodation in the center of Lyon. Below are some non-contractual photos of the type of accommodation we can offer.
If you confirm enrollment before May, we can book an accommodation at one of the Crous student residences (depending on the number of demands we’ve received).
Private student residences in Ecully
There are also private student residences offering the same services, often at a slightly higher price. Nevertheless, it might be easier to find accommodation in these private residences. The private residences near our main campus (Ecully) are: Le Galion, Bee Lodge and Carré West.
Private landlords in Ecully
If you want to avoid agency fees, you can also look for apartments rented by private landlords. These individuals can offer studios, apartments or rooms in house-share, but without the agency fees.
ITECH Lyon receives every year accommodation offers from private landlords looking to rent their apartment or rooms to ITECH students.
